Business Process
Automation
Map, simplify then automate your end-to-end processes: approvals, data handoffs, reminders and tracking — for SMEs still growing on emails and spreadsheets.
Your process exists —
but it lives in email
A request arrives by email, someone copies it into a spreadsheet, a colleague approves by phone, the result lands in another tool. Each step works — but the whole slows down, gets lost, and nobody knows where the file stands.
Business process automation doesn't remove one task: it makes the entire chain reliable, from intake to archiving, with clear tracking at every step.

Processes that are finally visible and reliable
Process mapping
Clear documentation of your current flows: steps, actors, bottlenecks — before any code.
Approvals & reminders
Automatic approvals, reminders and follow-ups triggered by your own rules.
Tool-to-tool transfers
Data moves between your applications on its own: single entry, zero re-typing.
Tracking & dashboard
Real-time process status: who, what, where, since when.
Full audit trail
Timestamped history of every step — useful for audits and daily management alike.
Documentation & handover
Every automation is documented so it can evolve without depending on anyone.
How a typical project runs
Illustrative project outline — not a specific client case.
- Week 1 — mapping: document the real process, including exceptions and pain points.
- Weeks 2-4 — simplify then automate: remove useless steps first, then automate transfers and approvals.
- Go-live: observation period alongside the old way, edge-case fixes, then switchover.
Simple where possible, solid where it matters
- Python 3 · REST APIs · webhooks
- File, email and spreadsheet connectors
- Scheduled jobs (cron / hosted)
- Systematic logging & error handling
- Integration with your existing no-code tools
Typical timeline : weeks for a complete process, after scoping.

Before you start
What's the difference from an automation script?
A script automates one task; process automation orchestrates a complete chain of steps, people and tools, with tracking and traceability. The two complement each other.
Do we need to replace our current tools?
No. The approach starts from your existing tools — email, spreadsheets, business software — and connects them. Replacement is only considered when genuinely simpler.
What if our process changes?
Automations are built as independent, documented steps: a rule change is modified without rewriting everything.
Where should we start?
With the process that costs you the most time today. Describe it via the form and I will tell you whether it deserves automation.
A process slowing you down?
Describe it in a few sentences. I will honestly tell you whether it is worth automating — and where to start.
